Every morning - every evening:

We should say before Deu 6:4-9 in ‘Every morning - every evening’ and in every ‘Morning, afternoon and in the night’ (in public, the rabbi and/or pastor say it first and the public repeat it):

Deu 6:4-9  “Hear, O Yisra’ěl: Adonai our Elohim, Adonai is one!
5  “And you shall love Adonai your Elohim with all your heart, and with all your being, and with all your might.
6  “And these Words which I am commanding you today shall be in your heart,
7  and you shall impress them upon your children, and shall speak of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up,
8  and shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as front lets between your eyes.
9  “And you shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.

The Recitation of the Shema:

Listen, by Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi, z”l, included his translation of the Shema in his Siddur Tehillat Hashem Yidaber Pi (2009) (in public, the rabbi and/or pastor say it first and the public repeat it):

שְׁמַ֖ע יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל

יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֵ֖ינוּ
יְהוָ֥ה ׀ אֶחָֽד׃ (דברים ו:ד)

Listen, you, Yisrael person,
(say your own name here)
Yah who Is, is our God,
Yah who Is, Is One, Unique,
All there Is.

בָּרוּךְ שֵׁם כְּבוֹד מַלְכוּתוֹ

Through time and space,
Your glory shines, Majestic One.

May these values
Which I connect with your life,
Be implanted in your feelings.
May they become the norm
For your children:
Keep talking with them
In the privacy of your home,
And on the errands you run.
May they help you relax.
And activate you to be productive.
Display them visibly on your arm.
Let them focus your attention.
See them at all transitions at home,
And in your environment.

How good it will be
When you really listen,
And hear my directions,
Which I give to you today,
For loving Yah, who is your God,
And to act godly
With feeling and inspiration.
Your earthly needs will be met
At the right time,
Appropriate to the season.
You will reap what you planted
For your delight and health.
Also, your animals
Will have ample feed.
All of you will eat and be content.

הִשָּֽׁמְר֣וּ לָכֶ֔ם

Be careful — watch out!
Don’t let your cravings delude you;
Don’t become alienated;
Don’t let your cravings
Become your gods;
Don’t debase yourself to them,
Because the God-sense within you
Will become distorted.
Heaven will be shut to you,
Grace will not descend,
Earth will not yield her produce.
Your rushing will destroy you!
And Earth will not be able
To recover her good balance
In which God’s gifts manifest.

וְשַׂמְתֶּם֙

May these values of Mine,
Reside in your
Feelings and aspirations:
Marking what you produce,
Guiding what you perceive.
Teach them to your children
So that they are instructed
How to make their homes sacred;
And how they deal with traffic.
Even when you are depressed,
And when you are elated.
Mark your entrances and exits
With them,
So you will be more aware.
Then, you and your children,
And their children,
Will live out on earth
That divine promise
Given to your ancestors
To live heavenly days
Right here on this earth.

אֱמֶת (ברכות יד ב)

Yah who Is, said to Moses,
“Speak, telling the Israel folks
To make tzitzit
On the corners of their garments,
So they will have generations
To follow them.
On each tzitzit tassel,
Let them set a blue thread.
These tzitzit are for your benefit!
Glance at them.
And in your seeing,
Remember all the other directives
Of Yah, who Is,
And act on them!
This way,
You will not be led astray,
Craving to see and want,
And then prostitute yourself
For your cravings.
This way
You will be mindful
To actualize my directions
For becoming dedicated
to your God;
To be aware
That I Am Yah, Who is your God,
Who is the one who freed you
From oppression,
in order to God you.
I am Yah, who is your God.”
That is the truth!

(Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi, z”l, included his translation of the Shema in his Siddur Tehillat Hashem Yidaber Pi (2009). "To the best of my ability, I have set his English translation side-by-side with the Hebrew verses comprising the Shema." –Aharon N. Varady)

Morning, afternoon and in the night:

For the in-gathering of all the Lost Sheep from the House of Israel

(in public, the rabbi and/or pastor say it first and the public repeat it):

May it be Your will, Adonai my Elohim and Elohim of my fathers, that in Your great kindness You will shine upon the holy souls of all the Lost Sheep from the House of Israel who renew themselves as “birds”, sing, praise and pray on behalf of all the holy people of Benay Israel (Jewish and not-Jewish Benay Israel). That it may be said of all Ephraim Benay Israel,

'Now, it is written, “These are the offspring of Yaakov; Yosef”.
[Yosef] is the aspect of Yesod, which is the aspect of the
“Upper Righteous One” (Tzadik Elyon). He is also called
“the small Vav” (Vav Ze’ira).......' (Shaar HaYichud The Gate of Unity chapter 36)

(in public, the rabbi and/or pastor say it first and the public repeat it):

Master of the world, gather and take in those sacred “birds” to the holy place, Sion, of which it is said: No eye has seen it, except You, O Elohim. May it be Your will, Adonai my Elohim and Elohim of my fathers, that through me Your servant from the Benay Israel. That with the Torah section’s that I study today may shine upon all the Benay Israel from Yehudah and Ephraim all the holy “sparks” ("sparks" of messiah) and all the holy lights which are contained in the holiness of your people the Benay Israel. That Yehudah and Ephraim may come to agreement as the prophet is teaching:

(in public, the rabbi and/or pastor say it first and the public repeat it):

Isa 11:13-16 And the envy of Ephrayim shall turn aside, and the adversaries of Yehuḏah be cut off. Ephrayim shall not envy Yehuḏah, and Yehuḏah not trouble Ephrayim.

(Rashi: Ephraim shall not envy Judah: The Messiah, the son of David, and the Messiah, the son of Joseph, shall not envy each other. See: https://www.chabad.org/library/bible_cdo/aid/15942/showrashi/true/jewish/Chapter-11.htm)

14 But they shall fly down upon the shoulder of the Philistines toward the west; together they plunder the people of the east, their hand stretching forth on Eḏom and Mo’aḇ, and the children of Ammon shall be subject to them.
15 And Yah shall put under the ban the tongue of the Sea of Mitsrayim, and He shall wave His hand over the River with the might of His Spirit, and shall smite it in the seven streams, and shall cause men to tread it in sandals.
16 And there shall be a highway for the remnant of His people, those left from Ashshur, as it was for Yisra’ĕl in the day when he came up from the land of Mitsrayim.

(in public, the rabbi and/or pastor say it first and the public repeat it):

That Yehudah and Ephraim may come to unity, the unity of Messiah ben David/Yoseph, the revelation of Tzadik Elyon, HaShem speaking, hearing His Voice again from between the Cherubim, learn, understand and comprehend Your Torah and in the fear of You, do Your will all the days of our life—I and my children and my children’s children, from now and forever. Amen.

'Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, the Lubavitcher (Chabad) Rabbi, made the following observations on the action of Judah (Genesis: VaYigash). Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson was considered inspired by his followers and by many others. The relevant verse says:

[GENESIS 44:18] THEN JUDAH CAME NEAR UNTO HIM, AND SAID, OH MY LORD, LET THY SERVANT, I PRAY THEE, SPEAK A WORD IN MY LORD'S EARS, AND LET NOT THINE ANGER BURN AGAINST THY SERVANT: FOR THOU ART EVEN AS PHARAOH.

Commentary: On the verse: “FOR THOU ART EVEN AS PHARAOH”: Rabbi Schneerson quotes the source saying that Judah meant to say that Joseph is as powerful as Pharaoh and that Judah acknowledges his authority. Judah acknowledged the authority of Joseph. Because of this Judah merited the Promise in Ezekiel 37, “MY SERVANT DAVID SHALL BE THEIR PRINCE FOR EVER”. The Rabbi says that in order for Judah to bring on the Messiah, to help the Messiah come, and realize the promise given to his seed (“MY SERVANT DAVID SHALL BE THEIR PRINCE FOR EVER;

**********

The above is the 'base' of our Prayer. We should add Prayer from the heart like thanking or asking for food, healing, parnassa etc. And add for special occasions like Sabbath, Yom Tov etc. The longer we study Torah the more we learn to give honor to our Creator in words - Prayer......

My dear Ephraim the Lost Sheep from the House of Israel,

Jer 31:9  “With weeping they shall come, and with their prayers I bring them. I shall make them walk by rivers of waters, in a straight way in which they do not stumble. For I shall be a Father to Yisra’ěl, and Ephrayim – he is My first-born.

Gen 46:28 And he sent Yehuah before him to Yosěph, to point out before him the way to Goshen. And they came to the land of Goshen. Scripture states elsewhere: Mal 3:1 “See, I am sending My messenger, and he shall prepare the way before Me. Then suddenly the Master you are seeking comes to His Hěḵal, even the Messenger of the covenant, in whom you delight. See, He is coming,” said Adonai of hosts. Observe that every misfortune that occurred to Yoseph likewise befell Zion. It is written of Yoseph: Gen 3:3 but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, Elohim has said, ‘Do not eat of it, nor touch it, lest you die.’” and of Zion it is written: Psa 87:2  Adonai loves the gates of Tsiyon More than all the dwellings of Ya‛aqoḇ. Concerning Yoseph it is stated: Gen 37:8 And his brothers said to him, “Shall you indeed reign over us? Shall you indeed rule over us?” So, they hated him even more for his dreams and for his words. And about Zion: Jer 12:8 “My inheritance has become to Me like a lion in the forest. It cries out against Me; therefore, I have hated it. With reference to Yoseph it is said: Gen 37:7 “See, we were binding sheaves in the midst of the field, and see, my sheaf rose up and also stood up. And see, your sheaves stood all around and bowed down to my sheaf.” And in regard to Zion: Psa 126:6 He who goes on and weeps, Bearing seed for sowing, Shall indeed come in with rejoicing, Bearing his sheaves. It is written of Joseph: Gen 36:8 So Ěsaw dwelt in Mount Sě‛ir. Ěsaw is Eḏom. And of Zion: Isa 52:7  How pleasant upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who proclaims peace, who brings good news, who proclaims deliverance, who says to Tsiyon, “Your Elohim reigns!”. Yoseph: Gen 37:5 And Yosěph dreamed a dream and told it to his brothers. So, they hated him even more. And Zion: Psa 126:1 When Adonai turns back the captivity of Tsiyon we shall be like dreamers. Yoseph: Gen 37:10 And he related it to his father and his brothers. And his father rebuked him and said to him, “What is this dream that you have dreamed? Shall we, your mother and I and your brothers, indeed come to bow down to the earth before you?”, Zion: Isa 49:23 “And sovereigns shall be your foster fathers, and their sovereigns your nursing mothers. They bow down to you with their faces to the earth and lick up the dust of your feet. And you shall know that I am Adonai – those who wait for Me shall not be ashamed.” Yoseph: Gen 37:11 And his brothers envied him, but his father guarded the word. Zion: Zec 8:2 “Thus said Adonai of hosts, ‘I shall be jealous for Tsiyon with great jealousy, with great wrath I shall be jealous for her.’ Yoseph: Gen 37:14 And he said to him, “Please go and see if it is well with your brothers and well with the sheep and bring back word to me.” So, he sent him out of the Valley of Ḥeḇron, and he went to Sheḵem. Zion: Jer 29:7 And seek the peace of the city where I have exiled you, and pray to Adonai for it, for in its peace you have peace.’ Yoseph: Gen 37:18 And they saw him from a distance, and before he came near them, they plotted against him, to kill him. Zion: Jer 51:50 You who have escaped the sword, go away! Do not stand still! Remember Adonai from afar and let Yerushalayim come to your heart. Yoseph: Gen 37:18 And they saw him from a distance, and before he came near them, they plotted against him, to kill him. Zion: Psa 83:4 They have said, “Come, and let us wipe them out as a nation, and let the name of Yisra’ěl be remembered no more.” Yoseph: Gen 37:23 So it came to be, when Yosěph had come to his brothers, that they stripped Yosěph of his robe, the long robe which was on him. Zion: Eze 23:26 And they shall strip you of your garments and shall take your pretty jewels Yoseph: Gen 37:24 And they took him and threw him into a pit. And the pit was empty, there was no water in it. Zion: Lam 3:53 They have cut off my life in the pit, and they threw stones at me. Yoseph: Gen 37:24 And they took him and threw him into a pit. And the pit was empty, there was no water in it. Zion: Jer 38:6 And they took Yirmeyahu and threw him into the dungeon of Malkiyahu the sovereign’s son, which was in the court of the guard, and they let Yirmeyahu down with ropes. And in the dungeon, there was no water, but mud. So Yirmeyahu sank in the mud. Yoseph: Gen 37:25 And they sat down to eat a meal. And they lifted their eyes and looked and saw a company of Yishma‛ělites, coming from Gil‛aḏ with their camels, bearing spices, and balm, and myrrh, going to take them down to Mitsrayim. Zion: Lam 5:6 To Mitsrayim we have given a hand; To Ashshur, to be satisfied with bread. Yoseph: Gen 37:28 And men, Miḏyanite traders passed by, so they pulled Yosěph up and lifted him out of the pit and sold him to the Yishma‛ělites for twenty pieces of silver. And they took Yosěph to Mitsrayim. Zion: Jer 38:13 and they pulled Yirmeyahu up with ropes and lifted him out of the dungeon. And Yirmeyahu remained in the court of the guard. Yoseph: Gen 37:34 And Ya‛aqoḇ tore his garments, and put sackcloth on his waist, and mourned for his son many days. Zion: Isa 22:12 And in that day the Master Adonai of hosts called for weeping and for mourning, for baldness and for girding with sackcloth. Yoseph: Isa 37:35 And I shall defend this city, to save it for My own sake and for the sake of My servant Dawiḏ.’ Zion: Isa 22:4 Therefore I said, “Look away from me, let me weep bitterly. Do not try to comfort me because of the ravaging of the daughter of my people.” Yoseph: Gen 37:36 And the Miḏanites had sold him in Mitsrayim to Potiphar, an officer of Pharaoh and captain of the guard. Zion: Joe 3:6 (4:6) the children also of Judah and the children of Jerusalem have ye sold unto the sons of Jevanim, that ye might remove them far from their border.

Everything fortunate that occurred to Yoseph likewise happened to Zion. It is written of Yoseph: Gen 39:6 And he left all that he had in Yoseph's hand; and, having him, he knew not aught save the bread which he did eat. And Yoseph was of beautiful form, and fair to look upon. And of Zion it is stated: Psa 48:2 Beautiful on high, The joy of all the earth, Is Mount Tsiyon on the sides of the north, The city of the great Sovereign. Concerning Yoseph it is written: Gen 39:3 And his master saw that Adonai was with him and that Adonai made all he did to prosper in his hand. And of Zion: Hag 2:9 Let the esteem of this latter House be greater than the former,’ said Adonai of hosts. ‘And in this place, I give peace,’ declares Adonai of hosts. Yoseph: Gen 39:2  And it came to be that Adonai was with Yosěph, and he became a prosperous man, and was in the house of his master the Mitsrian. Zion: 2Ch 7:15  “Now, My eyes are open and My ears attentive to the prayer of this place. Yoseph: Gen 39:21  But Adonai was with Yosěph and extended loving-commitment to him, and He gave him favour in the eyes of the prison warden. Zion: Jer 2:3 “Yisra’ěl was set-apart to Adonai, the first-fruits of His increase. All who ate of it became guilty – evil came upon them,” declares Adonai.’” Yoseph: Gen 41:14 Then Pharaoh sent and called Yosěph, and they hurriedly brought him out of the dungeon. And he shaved and changed his garments, and came to Pharaoh. Zion: Isa 44:4 And they shall spring up among the grass, as willows by the watercourses. Yoseph: Gen 41:40 Thou shalt be over my house, and according unto thy word shall all my people be ruled; only in the throne will I be greater than thou. Zion: Jer 3:17  “At that time Yerushalayim shall be called the throne of Adonai, and all the nations shall be gathered to it, to the Name of Adonai, to Yerushalayim, and no longer walk after the stubbornness of their evil heart. Yoseph: Gen 41:42 And Pharaoh took his seal-ring off his hand and put it on Yosěph’s hand. And he dressed him in garments of fine linen and put a gold chain around his neck. Zion: Isa 52:1 Awake, awake! Put on your strength, O Tsiyon, put on your garments of splendour, O Yerushalayim, the set-apart city! For no more do the uncircumcised and the unclean come into you. Yoseph: Gen 46:29 And Yosěph made ready his chariot and went up to Goshen to meet his father Yisra’ěl. And he appeared to him, and fell on his neck and wept on his neck a long time. Zion: Mal 3:1 “See, I am sending My messenger, and he shall prepare the way before Me. Then suddenly the Master you are seeking comes to His Hěḵal, even the Messenger of the covenant, in whom you delight. See, He is coming,” said Adonai of hosts.
