    12  And He will set up an ensign for the nations, and will assemble the dispersed of Israel, and gather together the scattered of Judah from the four corners of the earth.

    13 And the envy of Ephrayim shall turn aside, and the adversaries of Yehuḏah be cut off. Ephrayim shall not envy Yehuḏah, and Yehuḏah not trouble Ephrayim.

    14  And they shall fly down upon the shoulder of the Philistines (The head of Amalek today PA, PLO, Hamas etc.) on the west; together shall they spoil the children of the east; they shall put forth their hand upon Edom (Western world today, Edom and Yishmael in unity) and Moab; and the children of Ammon shall obey them.

    15  And Yah will utterly destroy the tongue of the Egyptian sea (Today: Edom and Yishmael in unity with Amalek their leader); and with His scorching wind will He shake His hand over the River, and will smite it into seven streams, and cause men to march over dry-shod.

    16  And there shall be a highway for the remnant of His people (the dispersed from Israel and Yehudah), that shall remain from Assyria, like as there was for Israel in the day that he came up out of the land of Egypt.

    My part of the Holy Agreement is that I mention daily your profile names in my personal Prayers and when I am on the Har HaBait near where once was and soon shall be again the Kodesh Kodeshim. From where HaShem shall speak again from between the Cherubim above the Atonement lid of the Ark of the Covenant all the words that the Benay Yisrael need to know: The revelation of Messiah Ben David......

    13 And he answered me and said, “Do you not know what these are?” And I said, “No, my master.”

    14 And he said, “These are the two anointed ones (Yehuadah and Ephraim), who stand beside the Master of all the earth.

    Yehudah and Ephraim standing near the Kodesh Kodeshim........ Two separate nations: Yehudah (Their National soul Messiah Ben David) and Ephraim (Their National Soul Messiah Ben Yoseph) coming to unity by 'oil from themselves' (independent from each other): The 'sparks' of Messiah there (in unity) 'National Soul'....... Messiah Ben David, HaShem speaking from between the Cherubim above the Atonement Lid of the Ark of the Covenant.

    Please don’t accept another messiah but accept only Messiah Ben Yoseph/David.

    By coming into the Holy Agreement:
    And the envy of Ephrayim shall turn aside, and the adversaries of Yehuḏah be cut off. Ephrayim shall not envy Yehuḏah, and Yehuḏah not trouble Ephrayim.

    The Jews (Yehudah) shall bring forth Messiah Ben David…..We, Yehudah and Ephraim, hearing again HaShem's Voice from between the Cherubim….. By the anointing of the King of the Jews: Messiah Ben David, the ‘ultimate’ expression of the national soul of Yehudah and Ephraim..
    The unification of Yehudah and Ephraim - The unification of Messiah Ben David/Yoseph.
    Messiah Ben David/Yoseph is the One who: Isa 63:9  In all their distress He was distressed, and the Messenger of His Presence saved them. In His love and in His compassion He redeemed them, and He lifted them up and carried them all the days of old. What is he base of the HaBerith HaChadasha:

    Jer 31:1-37  “At that time,” declares Adonai, “I shall be the Elohim of all the clans of Yisra’ěl, and they shall be My people.” 

    2  Thus said Adonai, “A people who escaped from the sword found favour in the wilderness, Yisra’ěl, when it went to find rest.” 

    3  Adonai appeared to me from afar, saying, “I have loved you with an everlasting love, therefore I shall draw you with loving-commitment. 

    4  “I am going to build you again. And you shall be rebuilt, O maiden of Yisra’ěl! Again you shall take up your tambourines, and go forth in the dances of those who rejoice. 

    5  “Again you shall plant vines on the mountains of Shomeron. The planters shall plant and treat them as common. 

    6  “For there shall be a day when the watchmen cry on Mount Ephrayim (The United States of Israel), ‘Arise, and let us go up to Tsiyon, to Adonai our Elohim.’ ” 

    7  For thus said Adonai, “Sing with gladness for Ya‛aqoḇ, and shout among the chief of the nations. Cry out, give praise, and say, ‘O Adonai, save Your people, the remnant of Yisra’ěl!’ 

    8  “See, I am bringing them from the land of the north, and shall gather them from the ends of the earth, among them the blind and the lame, those with child and those in labour, together – a great assembly returning here. 

    9  “With weeping they shall come, and with their prayers I bring them. I shall make them walk by rivers of waters, in a straight way in which they do not stumble. For I shall be a Father to Yisra’ěl, and Ephrayim – he is My first-born. 

    10  “Hear the word of Adonai, O nations, and declare it in the isles afar off, and say, ‘He who scattered Yisra’ěl gathers him, and shall guard him as a shepherd his flock.’ 

    11  “For Adonai shall ransom Ya‛aqoḇ, and redeem him from the hand of one stronger than he. 

    12  “And they shall come in and shall sing on the height of Tsiyon, and stream to the goodness of Adonai, for grain and for new wine and for oil, and for the young of the flock and the herd. And their being shall be like a well-watered garden, and never languish again. 

    13  “Then shall a maiden rejoice in a dance, and young men and old, together. And I shall turn their mourning to joy, and shall comfort them, and shall make them rejoice from their sorrow, 

    14  and shall fill the being of the priests with fatness. And My people shall be satisfied with My goodness,” declares Adonai. 

    15  Thus said Adonai, “A voice was heard in Ramah, wailing, bitter weeping, Raḥěl weeping for her children, refusing to be comforted for her children, because they are no more.” 

    16  Thus said Adonai, “Hold back your voice from weeping, and your eyes from tears, for there is a reward for your work,” declares Adonai, “and they shall return from the land of the enemy. 

    17  “And there is expectancy for your latter end,” declares Adonai, “and your children shall return to their own country. 

    18  “I have clearly heard Ephrayim lamenting, ‘You have chastised me, and I was chastised, like an untrained calf. Turn me back, and I shall turn back, for You are Adonai my Elohim. 

    19  For after my turning back, I repented. And after I was instructed, I struck myself on the thigh. I was ashamed, even humiliated, for I bore the reproach of my youth.’ 

    20  “Is Ephrayim a precious son to Me, a child of delights? For though I spoke against him, I still remembered him. That is why My affections were deeply moved for him. I have great compassion for him,” declares Adonai. 

    21  “Set up signposts, make landmarks; set your heart toward the highway, the way in which you went. Turn back, O maiden of Yisra’ěl, turn back to these cities of yours! 

    22  “Till when would you turn here and there, O backsliding daughter? For Adonai has created what is new on earth: a woman encompasses a man!” 

    23  Thus said Adonai of hosts, the Elohim of Yisra’ěl, “Let them once again say this word in the land of Yehuḏah and in its cities, when I turn back their captivity, ‘Adonai bless you, O home of righteousness, mountain of set-apartness!’ 

    24  “And in Yehuḏah and all its cities farmers and those who journey with flocks, shall dwell together. 

    25  “For I shall fill the weary being, and I shall replenish every grieved being.” 

    26  At this I awoke and looked around, and my sleep was sweet to me. 

    27  “See, the days are coming,” declares Adonai, “that I shall sow the house of Yisra’ěl and the house of Yehuḏah with the seed of man and the seed of beast. 

    28  “And it shall be, that as I have watched over them to pluck up, and to break down, and to throw down, and to destroy, and to afflict, so I shall watch over them to build and to plant,” declares Adonai. 

    29  “In those days they shall no longer say, ‘The fathers ate sour grapes, and the children’s teeth are blunted.’ 

    30  “But each one shall die for his own crookedness – whoever eats sour grapes, his teeth shall be blunted. 

    31  “See, the days are coming,” declares Adonai, “when I shall make a renewed covenant with the house of Yisra’ěl (Ephraim, the Lost Sheep from the House of Israel) and with the house of Yehuḏah (The Jews). 

    32  Not like the covenant I made with their fathers in the day when I strengthened their hand to bring them out of the land of Mitsrayim, My covenant which they broke, though I was a husband to them,” declares Adonai.

    33  “For this is the covenant I shall make with the house of Yisra’ěl after those days, declares Adonai: I shall put My Torah in their inward parts, and write it on their hearts. And I shall be their Elohim, and they shall be My people. 

    34  “And no longer shall they teach, each one his neighbour, and each one his brother, saying, ‘Know Adonai,’ for they shall all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them,” declares Adonai. “For I shall forgive their crookedness, and remember their sin no more.” 

    35  Thus said Adonai, who gives the sun for a light by day, and the laws of the moon and the stars for a light by night, who stirs up the sea, and its waves roar – Adonai of hosts is His Name: 

    36  “If these laws vanish from before Me,” declares Adonai, “then the seed of Yisra’ěl shall also cease from being a nation before Me forever.” 

    37  Thus said Adonai, “If the heavens above could be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I would also cast off all the seed of Yisra’ěl for all that they have done,” declares Adonai.

    It doesn’t matter your ‘religious’ or ‘non-religious’ ‘background. Be what you are Christian, Muslim, Hindu or whatever but don’t change by taking off or adding to the Divine Laws ‘revealed’ to Moshe Rabbeinu the first five books of the Bible…… Let us do again all His Sabbath and Yom Tovim? But find a way to ‘use’ the laws of ‘your religion’ as a ‘halacha’ around the Divine Laws revealed to Moshe Rabbeinu. As is the ‘function’ of Jewish Halacha. Express Love in respect to every religion. By annihilating all the laws Avoda Zarah, robbery, murder, raping, murder the rape victim, homophily, pedofily etc. brought forth by following our Yetser Hara (evil inclination) and bringing fort her ‘head’ the ‘anointed’ king: Amalek, the ultimate expression of our evil inclination. But instead cultivating the sparks of Messiah our Yetser Tov (good inclination) into our National Soul. And accepting the areas West of the Jordan River as Jewish (Yehuda’s) Inheritance under Jewish (Yehuda’s) Sovereignty with only Jewish Halacha. Including the Har HaBait with a New Temple and her service under Jewish Halacha. Come and help the Jews to build and reinstitute: The Temple Service until Gen 49:10  “The sceptre shall not turn aside from Yehuḏah, nor an Inscriber from between his feet, until Shiloh (Messiah Ben David) comes, and to Him is the obedience of peoples……..

ומעתה יובן בענין שרש כח המחלק לצירופי אותיות דמח’ במדריגה הג’ כשחושב ענין דבר מה בצירופים שונים מאין הוא בא כח ההתחלקות זאת

We may now understand the matter of the root source of where the power of division and combination of the various letters of thought [come from] in the third level [of thought], when he is thinking about a matter in various combinations.

אך הנה ידוע דבחי’ ה”ג מנצפ”ך דאימא הוא שרש כח ההתחלקות הזאת כו’.

It is know that it is the aspect of the five Gevurot-Judgements of Imma which is the source for this power of division etc.

וביאור הדברים ידוע דבחי’ אימא הוא בחי’ בינה והשגה לאורך ורוחב בהסבר דבר המושכל

And the explanation of this is as known, that the aspect of Imma is the aspect of Binah-the understanding and the comprehension of the concept to a length and width in an explanatory form.

וכאשר הוא מעיין בבחי’ העומק של ההשגה עדיין הוא רק בעומק מח’ עיונית הנ”ל שלמעלה מהיות בחי’ התחלקות צירופי אותיות ממש במח’ להשכלת הענין רק בחי’ מח’ שכל בלבד כנראה בחוש

However, whilst he is still delving into the aspect of the depth of the concept he is in the depth of the aforementioned Analytical Thought – Machshavah Iyunit, which still transcends any actual division of letters of thought to think about the concept, but rather, it is an aspect of intellectual thought alone, as is plainly seen.

אך ע”י בחי’ ה”ג שהוא בחי’ הצמצום והסתלקות שבכח ההשגה עצמה להיות יורד אור השכלת הענין שבמח’ עיונית הנ”ל לבחי’ התחלקות צירופי’ שוני’ בפרטי פרטיות כו’

However, by means of the aspect of the five Gevurot-Judgments, which is the aspect of a constriction and withdrawal within the power of comprehension itself, there is a descent of the light of the intellect as it is in the aforementioned analytical thought to the aspect of various divisions and combinations in a specific and detailed manner.

והוא הנק’ בחי’ ה”ג מנצפ”ך דאימא שנק’ פתוחי חותם כו’

And this is what is called the aspect of the five Gevurot-Judgments, MaNTzePa”Ch of Imma, which are called the protrusions of the seal etc.

ואע”פ שלכאורה בחי’ ירידה וצמצום הוא אבל שרשו בא מלמעלה מכח ההשגה שבגוף המושכל הזה כו’

Now although at first glance this would appear to be the aspect of a descent and a Tzimtzum-constriction, nevertheless its root comes from higher than the power of the grasp of the concept itself.

וראי’ לזה ממה שאנו רואים בתינוק קטן שאין בו עדיין צירופי אותיות במחשבתו בדבר פרטי

The proof of this is from what we observe in a small child who does not yet have the divisions of the letters in his thoughts of a specific thing.

כמו גם דבר מה שנותנין לו הגם שמבחין בו ולא יחליפנו בדבר אחר כנ”ל שזה הוא התחלקות המח’ אבל לא בצירופי אותיות כנ”ל

For even though when he is given something he is able to discern between it and something else, and will not exchange it for something else, which as explained previously is indeed a division of thought, nevertheless it is not in combinations of letters as previously explained.

הנה מ”מ כאשר יכול לדבר ולבקש בפה לדבר פרטי הרי אז יש לו בודאי במוח מחשבתו צירופי אותיות פרטי’ לאותו דבר פרטי שמבקש בדבור

However, when he is able to speak and request verbally the specific item then it is certain that in his mind and thought there are combinations of specific letters of that item that he is requesting in his speech.

כי צירופי אותיות מתחלקות במח’ תחלה טרם בואם לדבור

For the combinations of letters are divided in thought prior to their coming forth in speech.

 (כמשי”ת דעקבי לאה נכנסין תוך ראש רחל4 דהיינו דבור שבמח’ הנ”ל שנעשה מח’ לדבור כו’)

(For as will be explained later, “the heels of Leah enter the head of Rachel.” In other words, the aforementioned aspect of Speech of Thought becomes the aspect of Thought of Speech etc.)

 וכמ”ש במ”א בענין מאמר הזהר ע”פ וקול התור5 נשמע בארצינו דוקא בבחי’ הדבור אז זמן התחלקות אותיות המח’ כו’

This is as explained elsewhere regarding the statement of the Zohar, “The voice of the dove is heard in our land” that it is specifically when there is an aspect of speech that there is a division of the letters of thought etc.

 (והיינו ענין כללות המאמר דאימא אוזיפת דרך שאלה ה”ג מנצפ”ך לברתא שהוא צירופי התחלקות אותיות הדבור כו’)

(This is the general matter of the statement that “The Imma-Mother lends [her clothes] – i.e. the five Gevurot MaNTzePa”Ch – to the daughter” which are the combinations of the divisions of the letters of speech.)

וא”כ מזה ראי’ שאין הצירופים שרשם בהשגה עצמה שהרי התינוק מבחין ומשיג בין טוב לרע גם טרם שיכול לדבר6 ואעפ”כ אין לו צירופי אותיות במחשבתו עד שיכול לדבר דוקא כנ”ל

This being the case, this proves the source of the combinations is not in the comprehension itself for a child is able to discern between good and bad even prior to his being able to speak, yet nevertheless he does not have combinations of letters of thought until he is able to speak specifically.

אלא שרשם מלמעלה מן ההשגה דבינה והוא מבחי’ כח ומקור של כל עומק ההשגה כו’

Rather, their source is higher than the comprehension of Binah-understanding, and is from the aspect of the power and source of every depth of the comprehension etc.

 (כמו שבאותיות הדבור שרש כח הצירופים מאבא דהיינו מפנימיות החכמה שהוא כח המשכיל דחכמה שנק’ קדמות השכל

(This is similar to how the source of the power of the combinations of the letters of speech is from Abba, which is the inner aspect of Chochmah – Wisdom, which is the Koach HaMaskil-power of intellectualization of Chochmah, also called Kadmoot HaSechel – The primordial intellect.

ואף על פי שה”ג מנצפ”ך שבה’ מוצאות הוא המחלק ומסדר הצירופים בדבור כפי אופן התחלקות צירופים שבמחשבה ממש מה”ג דאימא הנ”ל

Now, although the five Gevurot-Judgements MaNTzePa”Ch of the five organs of speech are what actually divide and arrange the combinations of speech exactly according to the manner that they are divided and combined in the thought from the aforementioned five Gevurot of Imma

מ”מ אבא יסד8 בבחי’ כח המצרף שהוא בלתי כוונה בשכל והשגה איך לצרף רק ממילא בא

Nevertheless,[2] “The Father [Abba] founded [the daughter – speech]” with the aspect of the power to combine [itself], which comes about in a subconscious manner without intellect and comprehension of how to combine.  Rather, [the combinations] come forth automatically.

וכמ”ש מצרף לחכמה9 וכמ”ש במ”א וכמשי”ת

This is as stated, “The combinations are to Chochmah” as discussed elsewhere and as will be explained.

כך הוא במצרף דאותיות המח’ מכח ומקור דבינה כו’)

And it is likewise this way with the combinations of the letters of thought from the power and source of Binah understanding etc.)

ונמצא שגם שבחי’ הצירופים עצמם שבמח’ ע”י בחי’ צמצום דמח’ עיונית הוא בא

We therefore find that although the aspect of the combinations of the thought itself come about by way of a Tzimtzum constriction of the Machshavah Iyunit – Analytical Thought

מ”מ כח ושרש העושה לצירוף והתחלקות  זאת הרי הוא למעלה מכח ההשגה שבמח’ עיונית עצמה כו’

Nevertheless, the power and source which actualizes this combination and division is higher than the power of grasp of the analytical thought itself etc.

שלזה הטעם אין התינוק יכול לצרף אותיות מחשבתו עד שיוכל לצרף אותיות הדבור גם שמשיג ומבחין היטב בגוף הענין דבר מה כנ”ל

And it is for this reason that even though a child is able to grasp and discern quite well in a particular matter, he is nevertheless unable to combine the letters of his thought until he is able to combine the letters of speech.

וא”כ הרי מה שאמרו דקטן אין לו מח’ היינו בבחי’ צרופי אותיות המח’ דוקא

This being so, the statement that “a child does not have thought” refers specifically to the aspect of the combinations of the letters of thought.

לפי ששרשם בא מכח ומקור של המח’ דהשגה דבינה כו’ וד”ל

This is because their root comes from the power and source of the thought and comprehension of Binah etc.  This shall suffice those of understanding.

 (וזהו מן הדברים הנפלאים וסתומים למה המח’ קדמה לדבור הרי הדבור שרשו בפנימיות ומקור החכמה והמח’ שרשה בפנימית ומקור דבינה והחכמה קדמה לבינה שהחכמה נק’ אין ובינה יש כו’

(This is one of the wondrous and hidden matters.  Namely, why does thought precede speech if the root of speech is in the inner aspect and source of Chochmah while thought is rooted in the inner aspect and source of Binah, and Chochmah precedes Binah, for Chochmah is called Ayin-nothingness while Binah is called Yesh-somethingness etc.

 (וכמ”ש במ”א בענין דבר ואמרת11 שהדבור גבוה בשרשו מאמירה דמח’ כו’

(This is as explained elsewhere[3] regarding the matter of Daber-Speak and V’Amarta-And You Shall Say, that Dibur-Speaking is rooted higher than the Amira-Saying of Thought etc.

 וגם מזה עצמו ראי’ ממה שאין המח’ באה בהתחלקות צרופים כ”א בבוא התחלקות הדבור בתנוק כו)

From this too there is another proof that the thought does not come forth into divisions and combinations in [the mind of] a child until it first comes into the divisions of speech.)

ואעפ”כ ה”ג מנצפ”ך דבינה דוקא שרש לה”ג התחלקו’ דדבור דאימא אוזיפ’ כו’ וכמ”ש כאמה בתה12 כו’

Nevertheless, it is the five Gevurot-Judgments MaNTzePa”Ch of Binah specifically which is the root for the five judgments of the divisions of speech, for “The mother lends [her clothes to the daughter]”, and as stated,[4] “Like mother, like daughter etc.”

ובשרשם הרי הדבור בחכמה ולכך אבא דוקא יסד ברתא כו’

In their source however, speech is rooted in Chochmah, and therefore it is specifically the “father that founded the daughter etc.”

וגם מצד שרש הראשון דמחו”ד13 כמו שהם קבועים בעצם הנפש הנ”ל (באות ל”ז)

This is likewise the case in regard to the first source of thought and speech as they are embedded in the essence of the soul as mentioned previously (in chapter thirty-seven[5]).

שמבואר שם ג’ מדריגות הנ”ל במח’ שבגלוי כו’

The aforementioned three levels of revealed thought were explained there etc.

 הרי גם שם כלול תחלה אותיות המח’ בעצם הנפש טרם שכלולה מאותיות הדבור שנק’ רוח ממללא כו’

And we find that there too in the essence of the soul it first includes the letters of thought prior to its inclusion of the letters of speech which is called “the speaking spirit” etc.

דכמו שבנפש שבאה בגוף קדם המח’ לדבור ב’ שנים כך בנפש הרוחני’ לא נק’ רוח ממללא זמן מה כו’ והמח’ כבר יש בה כו’

For just as with the soul which comes within the body the thought precedes speech by two years, so likewise the spiritual soul is not called the “speaking spirit” for a period of time while it does already contain thought.

אם לא שכ”ד הגבוה בשרשו בעצמיות יותר הוא בא באחרונה15 יותר

Except that [in regard to the root of the power in the essence itself] every [power] that has a higher root in the essence, comes to be revealed at a lower [level].

שלזה נק’ נפש המדברת דוקא נפש המשכלת

It is specifically for this reason that the intellectual soul is called the “speaking soul.”[6]

שזהו בחי’ החכמה העצמיות שבה שהוא קודם למח’ העצמיות שבה כו’

This refers to the aspect of the essential Chochmah-Wisdom within the soul, which precedes the essential thought that is within [the soul] etc.

 אבל בגלוי בא באחרונה דוקא מטעם המבואר במ”א באריכות וד”ל)

Nevertheless, in the revelation [of these powers it is the opposite and the speech is revealed] after [the thought] specifically, the reason for which is explained elsewhere at length.  This should suffice those of understanding.)
