Hi everyone, I wanted to share with you information that the Chinese doctors fighting the virus shared with medical teams in Spain:
"The Chinese now understand the behavior of the Covid-19 virus thanks to autopsies performed in people who have died due to the virus. The airway obstruction, the problem is that it all takes a few days.
The recommendations to avoid and keep the virus are:
1. Drink lots of hot drinks (coffee, soup, tea, hot water). Take a sip of warm water once every 20 minutes. It maintains moisture in the mouth as well as flushes any virus that enters the stomach, where the gastric juices break down and neutralize it before it can work and prevent it from reaching the lungs.
2. Gargle disinfectant with warm water (vinegar, salt or lemon) every day.
3. The virus attaches itself (sticks) to fabrics and the like, any detergent (detergent) neutralizes it. So when you come home from the street, you have to shower in hot water and wash your clothes (not to sit down, but to get to the shower immediately). If clothes cannot be washed every day, they should be hung in direct sunlight (which also neutralizes the virus).
4. Thoroughly disinfect metallic surfaces because the virus survives on these surfaces for up to 9 days. Pay attention and be careful in contact with handrails, elevator buttons and door handles. At home we are sure that you can keep these surfaces clean and disinfect frequently.
5. Don't smoke
6. Wash hands every 20 minutes using any soap that creates foam for 20 seconds and then rinse the soap well.
7. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits, this will increase the levels of vitamins and also the zinc levels.
8. Animals do not spread the virus, people do. The virus passes from person to person.
9. Try to avoid having the flu, which weakens the immune system. Avoid eating and drinking cold things.
10. If you feel any discomfort or pain in your throat, treat it immediately using all the sections mentioned above. The virus thus enters the systems and stays there for 3-4 days in the throat before it passes into the airways and lungs.
Good luck to everyone, guard yourself and pass on the information as much as possible. This information is reliable as it is just an information center told by many experts in the world.

Wash hands every 20 minutes with water and soap!
2. Wash hands with water and soap before eating and before touching food for preparing a meal.
3. Take care not to receive a cold, your resistance goes down.
4. If the troth is souring or whatever take 'natural' medicine to stop the cold so it doesn't go further. Clean the troth: Gargle disinfectant with warm water (vinegar, salt or lemon) every day.
5. Stop 'hugging' physical contact (outside family?). But also between grant-parents and grand-children. We maybe never know who bears, carries, Corona.
6. Hold always a distance two meters between everyone. In a family very difficult. But with people outside family, no matter how big the friendship is, it is possible!

          Emergency Library

During this unprecedented time in history, access to printed books is becoming difficult or impossible. COVID-19 is forcing students, educators, and everyday readers to rely on digital books more than ever before. That’s why the Internet Archive has temporarily suspended all waitlists, allowing you to immediately check out any of the 1.4 million books currently in our lending library. Until June 30th or the end of the US national emergency (whichever comes later), every borrowable book will be immediately accessible by anyone—creating, in effect, a National Emergency Library.

As of March 19th, almost a billion students around the world have been affected by school closures, obstructing their access to educational materials. Thousands of community and academic libraries have been forced to close their physical locations as well, further complicating the lives of readers. We hope that this new policy will provide everybody with the resources to keep reading—whether you need classic literature, science textbooks, genre fiction, or even just bedtime story material. We have also doubled the number of books you can check out at a time from 5 to 10, so borrow away!

The students were searching for a means to continue their learning and utilize their time to be of service to the country, even if they were forced into quarantine.

                              - BINAH FROM ANCIENT HOLY ONE OF YISRAEL.

                    _______________________________________________

                    In the View of TORAH

The coronavirus COVID-19 is affecting many countries and territories around the world. There are thousands are hospitalized in isolation and who have been exposed to the corona virus are in quarantine.

For a moment, Just we look in the eyes of Torah it is not a new thing which is happening around the world., This is an important lesson for all the exiles souls of Y’israel on the communal and individual levels to understand the spiritual corona virus is an aspect of physical coronavirus COVID-19.

In the Torah, it is speaking of Tumah ( i.e impurity )  and it is the Tzara'at, ( leper ) who is placed in quarantine and made to sit in isolation. However, the self-quarantine and isolation are the true aspects of Torah.

Why the 14-day quarantine period / touching the objects/ washing the hands?

Many public health authorities around the world have been using a 14-day quarantine or active-monitoring period for individuals who are known to be at high risk of infection due to contact with known cases or travel to a heavily affected area, the study noted.

The 14-day quarantine period and washing hands are the true principles and traditions of Torah.

The spiritual tumah is an aspect of revelation of physical tumah. As it is written in the book of Leviticus 12, For example the woman's "impurity," or "tumah",  in Hebrew, while after a baby girl is born, she must wait a minimum of fourteen days . In this manner, the crying for the baby, may she rest in peace, should be completely in the inner chambers, in the secret place that is within you – the same hidden place.

Zohar, “Crying on one side of the heart and joy on the other side of the heart.”

The Sages / Chazal writings: For example the laws of tum’ah, niddah and mikvah belong to the category of commandments in the Torah known as chukkim—Divine “decrees” of HaShem, but especially in the case of Tum’ah and taharah are related to spiritual and not physical concepts.

Chassidic teaching explains that in essence, tum’ah, “spiritual impurity,” is definable as the “absence of holiness.” Holiness is called “life” from the source of Holy One. On the other hand, that which is distant or separated from its source is called “death” and “impurity.  The laws of tum’ah and taharah are supra-rational, “above” reason. And it is precisely because they are of such high spiritual level, beyond what intellect can comprehend, that they affect an elevated part of the soul.

Rebbe,Tzaddik words: It is the thing proceeding out of the ben Adam that makes him tameh.  For from within the lev of the ben Adam comes evil cravings and machshavot: then zenunim (fornications), gneyvot (thefts), retzichot (murders), Niufim (adulteries), chamdanut (greediness), rishah (wickedness), nechalim (scheming deceitfulness), zimmah (lewdness, sensuality), an ayin horo or roah ayin (an envious evil eye), lashon hora, gaavah (pride), and ivvelet (foolishness). All these evil things proceed from within and make the ben Adam tameh.

                    2) Why do we need to sit alone/wearing mask/shut the doors?

                    A time to keep silence… Ecc 3:7

“All the days that the affliction is on him he will be impure, he is impure, alone he will sit, outside the camp of his dwelling place.” –Leviticus 13:46

“What is different about him than the other impure people, which requires him to sit alone?

Because with his evil speech, he separated man from his wife and one person from the other, so he will be separated” (Rashi).  Being alone in this case is a punishment, measure for measure.

He must spend his time in isolation, repenting until he can return to his family; and he will use his speech to convey positive during the period of isolation, unifying, connecting words of Torah.

In the Torah, it is the leper who is placed in quarantine and made to sit in isolation. First, it is important to remember that isolation is meant to protect others. The sages explain that he must contemplate the fact that with his negative speech. The Adversary can prosecute you for any sin he wants every time you give him the chance through your speaking Lashon Ha Ra. The one who talks Lashon Ha Ra has spilled lots of blood.

Lashon Ha Ra is the worst sin of all and man is judged for everything he says. Rebbe Tzaddik Words:  But I tell you that anyone who is angry with his brother will be subject to judgement.

Go, my people, enter you into your chambers and shut the doors behind you; hide yourselves for a little while until his wrath has passed by.” – Isaiah 26:20

Rashi commentary:  Go, My People. Come into your chambers: This reply they replied to the prophet, “Go, My People, Come into your chambers”, into the synagogues and the study houses. Alternatively, think about your deeds, in the chambers of your heart.

Rabbi Tanhuma expounded it.   Close the doors of your Mouth so as not to question the divine standard of Justice.

Let him put his mouth in the dust, perhaps there is hope. – Lamentations 3:29

Hide a little until the wrath passes, for indeed I will visit upon your enemies.

Gaddi Witness:  Elevation/Ascent of our souls into your inner chambers and close the doors of your bad mouth. First of all, the name Pharaoh, in Hebrew -  Uses the exact same letters as the phrase “bad mouth”. So the Pharaoh inside of us is what’s literally “bad-mouthing”. "Peh Rah" or "Mouth of evil."   The time has come for the isolation and shutting the bad mouth not to speak Lashon Ha Ra. Honor your Parents and Torah Scholars/Sages. Love your brothers and do good deeds of Torah.   Fear and Love of HaShem.

                    3)  Wakeup call for the unity of the twelve tribes of Yisrael.

We need to be able to perform unification and elevation. This is true of souls, of nations and of each individual in his own life. The  tzaddik that descends from his grade to another in order to rebuke and instruct others, to lead them to repent. Come out of this plague. Do Teshuva and Purify our Souls through the inner words of Torah.

This is amazing revelation about the concept of Mashiach ben Yosef is to lead the exiled souls of Yisrael to enable the Teshuva and the concept of Mashiach ben David is to perform the unification to build Beit HaMikadash (Inner and outer Beit HaMikdash ).

Shekhinah (see Exodus 39:32-43). A similar process occurs in the upper worlds. All the different prayers of the all tribes of Yisrael  people are components for the building of exquisite spiritual chambers Above. Divine Presence, which is Malkhut .dwells in them. When the moment arrives that all these structures are completed, they will descend to this world as the Third Temple ( Rabbi Yaakov Meir Shechter).

                    Conclusion:

                    • During these hard times, everyone must understand the inner aspects of Torah and its essence is about Soul Torah / Torah of Mashiach.  In Chassidut it describes about the wisdom of the inner dimension of Torah.  Ascent into the chamber of Mashiach in the merit of patriarchs and prophets.
                    • Do teshuvah!  No lashon hara!  No Negative Speech! Quarantine your MOUTH!
                    • Make his will your will.  'The numerical value of corona (קוֹרוֹנָה), which is 367, we find that it focuses us on the prayer, “Please heal her” (רְפָא נָא לָהּ) , a short prayer which should be at the tip of our tongues during this pandemic  the virus called “corona,” which means “crown” in Latin, because of its crown-like appearance.
Make your will like his will ( KETER – Crown of TORAH/Crown of King/Crown of Priesthood) and HaShem’s will as its manifestation of Torah'

'Keter became Kareth that is cut off or punishment from sin or death....... We need to acknowledge and accept our mistakes. This is the time of inner realization
                    • Elimating doubt ( i.e spirit of Amalek ) and trust HaShem
                    • Pray for Healing and his salvation (Refah na lah and Yeshuah )
                    • It’s time to gather together and spread unity for all the twelve tribes of Yisrael.

We hope this blesses you and your family as you pray this with us:

Avinu, Malkeinu, (Our Father, Our King) You are the Holy One of Israel and You alone are worthy of honor, glory and praise!  We thank you for your goodness for we know that with You, we can overcome every storm and pestilence including COVID-19.

You have prophesied and promised through your servant David,

“Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High, will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.    We will say of YHVH, “You are my refuge and my fortress, my ADONAI, in whom I trust.”   Surely You will save us from the hunter’s snare and from any deadly pestilence. You will cover us with Your feathers, and under Your wings we will find refuge; and Your faithfulness will be our shield and rampart.     We will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pandemic that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday.    A thousand may fall at our side, and ten thousand at our right hand, but it will not affect us. We will only observe with our eyes and see the punishment of the wicked.

“Why are you downcast, O my soul? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in HaShem, for I will yet praise him, my   Savior and my HaShem” (Psalm 42:5).

We all Pray HaShem’s mercy to heal every blow in the world.

From Gaddi the President Bet Yisrael International - A Servant of Most Holy Ancient One of Yisrael and Talmid of Rebbe Tzaddik Yeshua.

                          Kotel stones disinfected

This morning, Tuesday, a disinfection and cleaning procedure was carried out for the Western Wall stones, which are visited by thousands of visitors from Israel and around the world.

The prayer notes that were placed between the walls of the Western Wall during the past six months were cleared through the use of disposable gloves and wooden tools for one-time use.

The notes were collected in sacks and buried together with the holy books that are being transferred to Geniza on the Mount of Olives. Source

Haredi Medical Advisor: 'You're murdering your grandfather'

Haredi medical advisor Rabbi Shimon Rogovoy sent a firm message to young haredim who have not obeyed the Health Ministry.

"You're murdering your grandfather; you're supposed to make sure you don't put anyone else at risk, more than the fear of getting infected yourself.

"But there's a terrible mistake here. Every person, all the more so a Jew, has to think about others. In the end, those who may be particularly vulnerable are those who are older and ill with background illnesses and those with a weakened immune system, the death rate in these groups reaches as much as 22 percent. Personal responsibility is required for those people at risk." Source

Health Ministry Director General Moshe Bar Siman-Tov suggested Friday that some restrictions on the public and economic activity could begin to be lifted after the Passover holiday in mid-April, if Israel’s battle against the coronavirus pandemic is deemed to be succeeding by then.

Speaking to Channel 12 TV, Bar Siman-Tov was asked if people could be let out after the holiday, given that there were signs the rate of infections had stabilized.

“We are very privileged and lucky to be able to have that conversation,” Bar Siman-Tov said, noting that in countries like the US, Italy and Spain the discussions were about who to give ventilators to. Read more......
